Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received Saturday, Sunday or on a major holiday will not begin processing until the following business day. Orders received will not begin processing until the next business day All orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt unless otherwise noted.
Shipping rates preformed by Fedex shipping calculator. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, HI, AK or any other US territory outside of the 48 contiguous states. All orders are shipped using FedEx Ground. You may track your package at www.FedEx.com, 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
To ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction, we offer a no hassle 15 day money back return policy. All returned merchandise must be unworn and have the original manufacturer tags attached. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product simply send us an email to email@example.com requesting a Return Authorization Number. We will respond to your email within 24 hours of receipt providing an RMA number and address for return processing. Upon receipt of your returned order, we will refund the subtotaled cost of the returned items within 7 business days. Please note we do not refund shipping costs incurred on the original order, nor do we refund for return shipping. Return shipping costs are to be paid at the customer’s expense. We suggest using a shipping carrier that offers insurance and tracking confirmation to ensure proper handling and delivery. We will notify you upon receiving your returned merchandise and will advise the refund date and total amount. The refund can take 3-5 business days to post back to your bank account from the date the refund was processed. Please note the above refund/return policy excludes customized items namely adidas game jerseys with numbers and back pack with names applied - we do not accept any returns.
